What to expect

* 15-minute sessions – perfect for a quick, calming pick-me-up during lunchtime or whenever you need to get centered. Plus, it’s easy to commit to!
* Dress to impress – yourself! No need for fancy yoga pants, just wear what makes you feel cozy. And feel free to slip off your shoes for extra relaxation.
* Chair or ground? You choose! Whether you prefer to sit in a cushy chair or criss-cross-applesauce on the floor with a bolster or blanket, it’s all good! And if you’re feeling extra chill, why not stretch out and lie down?
* Meditation instruction is simple, so no worries about feeling like a newbie! We all look the same in this game. We keep it easy-peasy, focusing on the basics of keeping a single thought.
* Remember: practice makes progress! One class won’t transform you into a meditating guru overnight. It’s all about consistency, baby! So make it a routine and watch the stress melt away. Investing in yourself is the ultimate gift! Think of it as a gift that keeps on giving, benefiting your future self for years to come. And let’s face it, being accountable to yourself is a beautiful thing!
