But, it is mainly a fabulous aid to prepare your body for childbirth, as well as embrace your body’s ongoing transformation during pregnancy. BellyDancing is a gentle and very graceful form of exercise that provides overall stretching and strengthening. A consistent BellyDancing practice helps you improve balance, keep good posture and is very restorative.
Armentality’s BellyDancing is different because we focus on breathing techniques, includes yoga flows and are guided by an experienced dancer and yogini.
