I use the traditional techniques of Thai Yoga (Nuad Boran in Thai) as a foundation for healing. Regardless of what goals you have, learning to receive Thai Yoga therapy is an important starting place for all my clients. Thai Yoga is a truly sophisticated holistic modality incorporating facilitated yoga postures, acupressure, and meditation to increase circulation of vital communication systems and deconstruct the accumulation of toxins within the body.
