Functional Fitness-Strength Format rotates through various fitness disciplines and techniques to be able to target different muscle groups.
Develop or maintain physical strength while offering freedom and mobility to joints and soft tissue. In these classes we use our own bodyweight and props like Swiss Ball, Dumbbells, Resistance Band, and other fun items

It is a matter of optimization! Keeping our physical body active and capable of moving properly and efficiently is crucial as we age. (And we are all aging!). Functional Fitness – Mobility Format is a great practice to prevent injuries or intelligently assist us to recover from one – whatever the case may be, this class will give you a great deal of mobility and flexibility, with exercises that are truly age defying.
Learn how to improve your posture, experience mindfulness and receive the right tools for a healthy adulthood. Occasionally we use a chair, a strap or towels as props in order to increase range of motion.

The Best of two worlds! Ignite your Super Powers Activate with 30 minutes of Strength Training, followed by another 30 minutes of soothing and fabulously gentle Restorative Yoga.

In her Functional Fitness sessions, both Strength and Mobility Formats Laura brings elements of Pilates, dance, martial arts and bodyweight training. She started focusing on strength training at an early age while being a track athlete, getting deeper into it in her early 20’s, while recovering from a knee surgery. She understood that dancers as all athletes require many disciplines to sustain peak performance. In 1999 she got certified as a personal trainer. Laura continues to research movement and various training possibilities, she has trained in many different disciplines like Capoeira, Muay Thai, Animal Flow, Boxing, Krav Maga, weight lifting, Pilates, Feldenkrais, Gyrotonic and more.
