A regular Yoga practice during pregnancy is fantastic, did you know that prenatal yoga may also help you prepare for labor and promote your baby’s health? Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing.
Armentality’s PreNatal Yoga is a great aid to improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, as well as decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath. A very important factor is, having a regular practice with an experienced teacher like Laura Armenta, she will actually guide you to increase strength, proper flexibility development and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth. Class is suitable for all levels, with a gentle and soothing flow. Come relax and keep a positive and empowering mojo!
