Oriental Dance Foundation Level

Oriental Dance or “Raqs Sharqi” is known in the US as BellyDancing. A graceful dance class that keeps you in shape by targeting core, leg and arm muscles. Learn cultural facts behind this ancient dance form, as well as, some fabulous cool moves, like torso isolations, correct stance, and strengthening exercises. Get ready to build stamina, burn calories and embrace your femininity with super fun dancing drills. 
We care about proper training and safety, we encourage practice, consistency and dedication. This class is definitely beginner friendly and Open to ALL Levels! – Bring a friend, and be ready to make more dancing friends, build self-esteem, lose some weight plus enjoy some joy and spontaneous happiness.
Dancing is fantastic at keeping US young and assertive, BellyDancing /Raqs Sharqi benefits our hearts and cardiovascular system, as well as, it increases lung capacity.

Oriental Dance Level I

Oriental Dance or “Raqs Sharqi” is known in the US as BellyDancing. This class will focus on a faster pace and more assertive application of the technique. Repetition is key, therefore we will work on plenty of drills, to ensure proper execution. Be ready to learn more sophisticate layering on each sequence and clean up on style details.
This class includes a full choreography, so we will also challenge your muscle memory!
*Foundation class is required to join this class or by audition. Definitely for students that have some Oriental Dance practice.
