Oriental Dance Level I

Oriental Dance or “Raqs Sharqi” is known in the US as BellyDancing. A graceful dance class that keeps you in shape by targeting core, leg and arm muscles. Learn cultural facts behind this ancient dance form, as well as, some fabulous cool moves, like torso isolations, correct stance, and strengthening exercises. Get ready to build stamina, burn calories and embrace your femininity with super fun dancing drills. 
Absolutely No previous dance experience is required. We care about proper training and safety, we encourage practice, consistency and dedication.
This class is definitely beginner friendly and Open to ALL Levels! Bring a friend, and be ready to make more dancing friends, build self-esteem, lose some weight plus enjoy some joy and spontaneous happiness. Dancing is fantastic at keeping US young and assertive, BellyDancing /Raqs Sharqi benefits our hearts and cardiovascular system, as well as, it increases lung capacity.

SUMMER

Oriental Dance Level II

Oriental Dance or “Raqs Sharqi” is known in the US as BellyDancing. This class will focus on intermediate technique and more demanding execution. Repetition is key so lots of drilling will be involved to ensure proper execution. Learn more sophisticate layering on sequencing and style. This class includes a full choreography, so we also challenge your muscle memory! *Technique Level I is required to join this class or by audition. Definitely for students that have a committed dance practice.
