Kaylee’s UNITY

Understanding Nutrition, Intention, and Thai Yoga.
This is UNITY

I am a certified SomaVeda® Thai Yoga practitioner and Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant from the Thai Yoga Center in Florida. I have a BA in Chinese Studies from DePaul University in Chicago and am currently pursuing a doctorate degree in natural medicine with the SomaVeda® College of Natural Medicine. In addition to Thai Yoga therapy, I practice movement regularly through dance and yoga. I spend time daily to cook, create, and meditate because nutrition and intention are important for health.
To get the best lasting results, one must strengthen the body’s natural defense system against dis-ease by restoring balance to the body (nutrition), mind (consciousness), and spirit (intent).

Here’s how I help YOU do it! …
I use the traditional techniques of Thai Yoga (Nuad Boran in Thai) as a foundation for healing. Regardless of what goals you have, learning to receive Thai Yoga therapy is an important starting place for all my clients. Thai Yoga is a truly sophisticated holistic modality incorporating facilitated yoga postures, acupressure, and meditation to increase circulation of vital communication systems and deconstruct the accumulation of toxins within the body.
