This workshop will provide participants with various core exercises inspired by Yoga, Pilates, and Dance that will improve strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Instruction on technique and principles will be given along with progressions and modifications.
* Please plan on bringing your own mat, water, towel, snacks or anything else you may need. Age 18 and up.

About Instructor: Brandi Larine is a real fitness expert, holding an M.S. in exercise physiology, a holistic health graduate certificate and a B.S. in physical Education, corporate fitness and wellness and a Dance minor.
In addition to her 36 years of dance experience: training, performing, and competing, as well as, 17 years of experience teaching fitness and wellness.
As she is constantly learning, she has over 18 fitness certifications and specialty trainings completed.
